Shipping rates

 

Shipping of materials will go through GDex Express to West Malaysia (Peninsular) and East Malaysia (Sabah Sarawak). Shipping rates are:

GDex Express

• West Malaysia (Peninsular) - RM10.00 (for the 1st 1kg), additional RM2.50 (for the next 1kg)

• East Malaysia* (Sabah/Sarawak) - RM14.00 (for the 1st 1kg), additional RM12.00 (for the next 1kg)

• Singapore - RM48.00 (for the 1st 1kg), additional RM18.00 (for the next 1kg). Additional 7% Singapore custom tax will be charged separately.

 

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed within 3 working days and will arrive at your door step within 7 working days. 

Your tracking number will be provided to you once collection has been made at our end.

 

 

Shipping timeline

Any orders before 1pm will be shipped out on the same day and will arrive within 7 working days. (*this timeline is however subject to stock availability)

* If for any reason an item purchased is out of stock and need replenishment, the order will be delayed by 1 to 2 days. Any delays more than 2 days will be notified.

Any orders after 1pm will be shipped out on the next working day and will arrive within 7 working days. 

Please note that all orders placed on Fridays after 1pm will be shipped on Monday and should arrive within the week.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - We are subject to the delivery schedule of our courier partners. Any shipment made within 3 days of a major public holiday will be subject to delays of 5 to 10 days depending on road and office closures. For urgent orders it is best to made your orders at least 10 days beforehand.

There are no deliveries over the weekend.

 

Orders outside Malaysia

Craftiviti Online Craft Shop also ships to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and more. (However, certain goods under harzardous category are not allowed to be shipped)
